Ingredients

2 | Mozzarella cheese |
some | fresh basil leaves |
salt and pepper | |
2 tsp | Pesto |
balsamic vinegar | |
olive oil | |
2 tsp | pine nuts |
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes and fill them into 4 small glasses. Dice the Mozzarella and add it to the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.Sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Chop the basil and sprinkle over the Mozzarella. Add ½ tsp of pesto and top with pine nuts.
