Ingredients
500 g | mascarpone |
150 g | yoghurt |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | vanilla sugar |
20 g | cappuccino powder, instant |
150 g | whipped cream |
20 g | cocoa powder |
some | chocolate chips |
Instructions
In a bowl mix mascarpone and joghurt until soft, add sugar, vanilla sugar and the cappuccino powder and stir well until all ingredients are well combined. Fold in whipped cream and fill into small bowls and refrigerate.
Just before serving sprinkle dessert with cocoa powder and decorate with chocolate chips.
