Who wants to be inside some stuffy Italian restaurant when you could be in the great outdoors–or just your backyard–enjoying the creamy deliciousness of fettuccine alfredo. Crank up Sinatra on your iPod and you’ve got an outdoor date night.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Italian four-cheese Blend
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley (don’t use dried)
- 1 lb. box of pasta, cooked
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to High.
2. Place butter in a saucepan and put over the grill grate or camp stove. When it has melted, add the cream and bring to a low boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheeses.
3. Remove sauce from heat and add garlic. Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes, then add parsley and serve with pasta.Tip
Cook pasta in boiling water in a pot on the same grill while you’re making the sauce. Or, make sauce ahead of time and just reheat while the pasta is cooking.
