230 ml | yogurt |
2 tbsp | orange juice concentrate |
2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
1 tbsp | honey |
For the Salad: | |
iceberg lettuce | |
8 | apricots, halved, pits removed |
200 g | strawberries, halved |
1 | canaloupe melon, seeded, sliced, rind removed |
Instructions
For the dressing combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, basil and honey. Whisk well.On individual serving plates arrange lettuce and fruits. Serve dressing on the side.
