Cabbage and Rice Soup recipe

|1 head(s)||Savoy cabbage, shredded|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|800 ml||vegetable broth|
|1 tbsp||fresh parsley, minced|
Sauté the onion in olive oil and butter in a saucepan until soft.
Add cabbage and minced garlic.
Add broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer the soup for about 30 minutes, adding uncooked rice during last 12-14 minutes of cooking.
To serve, sprinkle with fresh parsely.
