Cabbage and rice soup recipe details
Ingredients
1 head(s) | Savoy cabbage, shredded |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
½ bottle(s) | butter |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
4 | garlic, minced |
800 ml | vegetable broth |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, minced |
100 g | rice |
Instructions
Sauté the onion in olive oil and butter in a saucepan until soft.Add cabbage and minced garlic.
Add broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer the soup for about 30 minutes, adding uncooked rice during last 12-14 minutes of cooking.
To serve, sprinkle with fresh parsely.
