Ingredients

400 ml condensed milk
2 tbsp Scottish Butterscotch, see database
500 g shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Blend Scottish butterscotch with water, add 100ml of the condensed milk and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Leave to cool.

Stir in the remaining milk and other ingredients. Blend well.

Drop by teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
