Ingredients
400 ml | condensed milk |
2 tbsp | Scottish Butterscotch, see database |
500 g | shredded coconut |
1 tsp | vanilla |
3 tbsp | cold water |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Blend Scottish butterscotch with water, add 100ml of the condensed milk and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Leave to cool.
Stir in the remaining milk and other ingredients. Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
