Ingredients
650 g | soft butter |
1 kg | flour |
625 g | sugar |
3 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
Instructions
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add flour and a pinch of salt and knead until the pastry is smooth and well combined.Form little balls, the size of a walnut, and place in the fridge overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Divide the balls on a lined baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
