Biscuit cake recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | shortbread biscuits |
1 | egg |
150 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
60 ml | milk |
1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
150 g | coconut fat |
1 tsp | rum |
Instructions
Beat the egg into a bowl. Add the sugar and the vanilla sugar and mix until creamy. Melt the fat and allow to cool. Stir the cocoa powder into the milk.Mix together the fat, cocoa milk, rum and the egg mixture. Layer in turn the biscuits and the milk mixture into a lined casserole, starting with milk mixture and ending with biscuits. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
