Beef Hash recipe
|400 g||corned beef, diced|
|6 medium||potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced|
|2||fried eggs to garnish|
|salt and pepper to taste|
Heat half of the butter and oil in a large frying pan. Gently fry the sliced and already boiled potatoes, turning occasionally until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
Now add the remaining butter to the pan and fry the onions until golden.
Add the corned beef, potatoes, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly, turning all the time. Serve hot, garnished with fried eggs on the top.
