Basic waffle batter recipe details
Ingredients
3 medium | eggs, yolks and whites separated |
4 tbsp | butter, melted |
½ tsp | salt |
2 tsp | baking powder |
300 ml | milk |
170 g | flour |
1 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
In one bowl mix the dry ingredients together.Beat egg yolk and egg whites in two separate bowl.
In another bowl mix the beaten egg yolks, melted butter and milk together. Combine both mixtures but do not overmix.
Fold in the beaten egg whites.
