Banana pancake recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | flour |
3 ½ tsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | salt |
300 ml | milk |
1 medium | egg |
3 tbsp | butter, melted |
2 | bananas |
Instructions
Wisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In another bowl, mash the banans and add the milk. Add the butter and eggs and mix well.Combine both mixtures and beat with an electric mixer until well blender.
Heat a lightly greased frying pan over low heat. Ladle batter (about 60 ml per each pancake) into the frying pan and brown on both sides. Serve hot.
