Ingredients
150 g | flour |
50 g | chopped hazelnuts |
2 tbsp | cocoa powder |
125 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
50 g | ground almonds |
50 g | almond flakes |
Instructions
Layer the ingredients into a decorative glass. Close the lid and tie an instruction sheet to the glass:“Add 100g of soft butter, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of single cream to the mixture. Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. Spoon the mixture in small heaps onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C until the cookies are golden brown.”
