Ingredients

150 g	flour
50 g	chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp	cocoa powder
125 g	sugar
1 pinch(es)	salt
50 g	ground almonds
50 g	almond flakes

Instructions

Layer the ingredients into a decorative glass. Close the lid and tie an instruction sheet to the glass:

“Add 100g of soft butter, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of single cream to the mixture. Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. Spoon the mixture in small heaps onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C until the cookies are golden brown.”
