Baked sweet potatoes with ginger and honey recipe details
Ingredients
1 ½ kg | sweet potatoes, peeled, diced |
120 ml | honey |
3 tbsp | fresh ginger |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Preheat oven to200°C.In a large bowl, combine potatoes, honey, ginger and oil. Mix and then transfer to a large baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and stir.
Place back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
