Baked potatoes with sesame recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | potatoes |
2 tbsp | sesame seed, roasted |
1 tsp | salt |
1 | egg yolk |
½ tsp | pepper |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in their jacket in salted water until done, then drain.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the potatoes into halves. Mix together the sesame seed, salt and pepper. Brush the cut surface of the potatoes with egg yolk and dip into the sesame mixture.
Place the potatoes sesame side down onto a lined baking tray. Brush the potatoes backs with oil.
Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh salad.
