Baked potatoes and cheese recipe details
Ingredients
8 large | potatoes, peeled, sliced |
14 slice(s) | Cheddar cheese, grated |
50 g | flour |
240 ml | milk |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with the potato slices. Spinkle with cheese and then with some flour and pepper. Repeat the layering process until all of the ingredients are used up. Lastly pour milk over the casserole.
Bake until the potatoes are cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
