Baked potato crisp recipe details
Ingredients
2 large | baking potatoes, unpeeled and well scrubbed |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste | |
1 tsp | chopped fresh parsley, optional |
1 tsp | chopped fresh chives, optional |
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 200°C.Oil 2 non-stick baking sheets. Cut the potatoes into slices 0.5 cm thick. Place the potatoes in a bowl and toss with the olive oil to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
Place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake until crisp and browned for about 20-25 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and toss with the chives and parsley if desired. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve immediately.
