Baked fish fillets with lemon and rosemary recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | Haddock or Cod fillets |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | lemon rind |
4 tsp | lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
¼ tsp | rosemary |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Divide fish into 4 portions and place in a baking pan.
In a small bowl mix together butter, lemon juice, grated lemon rind, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over fish and bake for 25 minutes.
