Baked Fish Fillets with Lemon and Rosemary recipe
|500 g||Haddock or Cod fillets|
|1 tsp||lemon rind|
|4 tsp||lemon juice, freshly squeezed|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Divide fish into 4 portions and place in a baking pan.
In a small bowl mix together butter, lemon juice, grated lemon rind, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over fish and bake for 25 minutes.
