Ingredients

600 g carrots, peeled, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
180 ml vinegar
1 tsp salt
0.35 tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp mustard
120 ml olive oil
350 ml tomato soup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix well. Bake for 35 minutes.
