Ingredients
600 g | carrots, peeled, sliced |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
180 ml | vinegar |
1 tsp | salt |
0.35 tsp | pepper |
½ tsp | paprika |
1 tsp | mustard |
120 ml | olive oil |
350 ml | tomato soup |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix well. Bake for 35 minutes.
