2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
180 ml | mayonnaise |
60 ml | olive oil |
For the Salad: | |
1 kg | potatoes, peeled, cooked, diced |
1 | green onion, chopped |
1 kg | avocados, peeled, chopped |
Instructions
For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice and garlic, stir in mayonnaise and olive oil.Combine diced potato and onion and mix into the dressing.
Just before serving, dice the avocados and add to the salad mixture.
