Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 cans Ranch Style Beans
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1 can Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Ham Hock
- 1 15oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes, smashed
- 1 Sweet Onion, diced
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers, seeded and fine diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Water (+ more as needed)
- 8 sprigs Cilantro (for garnish)
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 2 hours1. Place all ingredients in a stock pot. Simmer over medium heat for 2 – 3 hours. Garnish each dish with sprig of Cilantro.
