Apricot ripple ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | apricots, mashed and pureed |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
150 g | sugar |
1 l | vanilla ice cream |
120 ml | whipping cream |
¼ tsp | almond extract |
Instructions
Mix puree with lemon juice and sugar. Chill for 30 minutes in fridge.Soften ice cream. Whip cream and fold in almond extract.
Combine puree, ice cream and cream. Mix gently just enough for a ripple effect.
Freeze until firm.
