Apricot chicken recipe details
Ingredients
300 ml | apricot jam |
1 kg | chicken breast, cut into chunkgs |
60 ml | lemon juice |
2 tsp | soy sauce |
60 g | butter, melted, for greasing |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Place chicken chunks into a large enough bowl.
In small bowl combine jam, lemon juice and soy sauce. Mix well. Pour over chicken and toss to coat well.
Arrange chicken in a greased baking dish and bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until tender.
Serve any remaining apricot mixture with chicken, or prepare more.
