Apple tea punch recipe details
Ingredients
4 tsp | black tea leaves |
250 ml | apple juice |
3 | cinnamon sticks |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 | lemon, juice only |
200 g | cream |
150 ml | Calvados |
70 g | rock sugar |
1 l | water |
Instructions
Boil water and steep tea for about 4 minutes. Sift the tea into a pot and add all other ingredients except the Calvados. Bring to boil and simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile whip the cream.Add the Calvados to the mixture and stir well. Sift the mixture into a can to leave out the spices.
Serve in glasses while still very hot and top up each glass with cream.
