Apple muffins details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- One 450-ml can apple pie filling
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup milk
Combine dry ingredients until well mixed. Add apple pie mix and stir well. In another bowl beat egg and add remaining ingredients. Add to dry mix all at once. Mix only until combined. Place in greased muffin tins. Top with streusel crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated 350-degree oven.
