Apple cookies recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | flour |
1 tsp | soda |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
½ tsp | nutmeg |
120 g | butter |
230 g | brown sugar |
1 medium | egg |
250 g | apple, peeled, cored, chopped |
100 g | nuts, chopped |
100 ml | milk |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. In a separate bowl combine butter, sugar and the egg. Beat until fluffy.
Add cream mixture to the dry ingredients mixture and add in milk, apple and nuts.
Drop spoonfulls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
