- Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups finely chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 3-1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
