Anne's lemon bars recipe details
- Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- dash of salt
- juice of 2 lemons
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Crust: Cut with pastry blender. Pack firmly into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Filling: Beat eggs and add sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into egg mixture. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
