A tasty dip that’s very simple to make. Flavor comes from mustard and paprika.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large white onion, finely chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, finely chopped and squeezed dry
- 10 ounces precooked shrimp, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper in melted butter for about 7 minutes, then add remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
3. Pour dip into a 9×13-baking dish, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan, and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with potato chips or toasted baguette.
