Almond supreme omelet recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 5 teaspoons Brie cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons slivered toasted almonds
- 1 Tablespoon cold water
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon oil
Whip the eggs with the water and baking powder. Melt butter in an omelet pan, add egg mixture to hot pan, use spatula to lift eggs as they cook. Dot Brie evenly over eggs, add almonds when cheese melts. Flip and serve with bacon and a wedge of ripe tomato.
