|500 ml||vanilla yoghurt|
|500 g||frozen (thawed) or fresh fruit of your choice|
|4 tbsp||sliced almonds, toasted|
InstructionsMix together yoghurt and fruit. Use a blender or electronic mixer. Puree until all liquid thickens.
Place broken biscotti in serving bowl and pour yoghurt and fruit mix over the biscotti.
Top with almonds and honey.
