Noodle kugel details
- Ingredients:
- 1 package wide egg noodles
- 1 stick butter
- 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook noodles al dente; drain and rinse. Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan and toss in noodles to coat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
