Sweet and sour rockfish casserole recipe, recipe Rating: 4.7

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons margarine
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup horseradish (optional, but good!)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
sprinkles of Hungarian paprika
Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. In a pan, melt margarine, add flour, and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, wine vinegar, sugar and mustard. Spread 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish, arrange fish on top, cover with the remainder of mixture. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika. Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
