Yoghurt energy drink recipe details
Ingredients
250 ml | orange juice |
3 tbsp | cereals |
1 | ripe banana, peeled and sliced |
100 g | plain yoghurt |
1 tsp | honey |
Instructions
Heat 100 ml of orange juice to lukewarm and soak the cereals in the juice for about 5 minutes.Purée the banana together with the soaked cereals, the remaining orange juice, the yoghurt and the honey with a hand blender. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and enjoy!
