Ingredients

2  lemons
2  oranges
3  bananas, mashed
1 large can(s) pineapple chunks, crushed
200 g sugar
400 ml ginger ale

Instructions

Squeeze juice from both lemons and oranges. Grate the rinds of one of the oranges and one of the lemons.

Combine juice and grated rind with crushed pineapple, sugar, ginger ale and mashed bananas. Mix well in a blender or with a hand whisk.

Pour into a large glass or container and freeze. Remove from glass or container and thaw 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

Tip: To keep cool for longer serve over crushed ice.
