Wine mustard condiment recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | sugar |
90 g | dry mustard |
120 ml | cider vinegar |
120 ml | dry white wine |
3 medium | eggs |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat together all ingredients until well blended and smooth. Stir over simmering water until thickened and smooth.Pour into small sterilized jars, cover and refrigerate.
