Wine baked chicken recipe details
Ingredients
8 | chicken breasts, boneless, skinned |
500 g | mushrooms, halved |
240 ml | dry white wine |
2 tbsp | fresh tarragon, minced |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, minced |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | pepper |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Place mushrooms around chicken, pour wine over chicken and mushrooms and sprinkle with parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
