Ingredients
250 g | white chocolate |
200 g | Greek yoghurt |
250 ml | whipping cream |
chocolate curls, for decoration | |
frozen or fresh raspberries, for decoration |
Instructions
Place chocolate in a pan over hot water and leave to melt until smooth, stirring occasionally.Whip the cream until stiff and combine with the melted chocolate. Then add the yoghurt and mix well until completely blended together.
Pour into fancy little glass cups and chill for about 4-5 hours before serving.
Sprinkle with chocolate curls or decorate with frozen (defrosted) or fresh raspberries.
