White chocolate cream with raspberry recipe details
Ingredients
600 ml | whipping cream |
400 g | white chocolate |
40 ml | milk |
180 g | icing sugar |
180 g | plain flour |
180 g | egg white |
50 g | butter, melted |
raspberry puree | |
8 | raspberries |
Instructions
Making the chocolate mix:Add milk to the chocolate and melt. Add the whipped cream and put into a piping bag in the fridge to cool.
Making the biscuits:
Mix sugar, flour and egg whites to s amooth paste. Add melted butter. Spread a thin layer onto parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 2 minutes.
Take four Martini glasses and alternate layers of the chococlate mix with raspberry puree. Top with a bisvuit and a fresh raspberry.
