Warm italian beef and spinach salad recipe details
Ingredients
For salad Ingredients
2. Roma tomatoes sliced (2)
3. sliced red onions, separated (1/2c)
4. roast beef cut (1/2c)
5. Deli roast (1lb)
For dressing Ingredients
1. Skim milk (2tbsp)
2. country style Dijon mustard (1tbsp)
3. prepared horseradish (1tbsp)
4. sour cream (1/2c)
Method of preparation
1. Take a medium size bowl. Mix all the ingredients like skim milk, sour cream, horseradish, Dijon mustard in it and then keep it aside.
2. Take a non stick frying pan; grease it with vegetable cooking spray. Put sliced onions and beef in it. Cook it over medium heat until the onions get soften and beef gets hot for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Take a large bowl, put mixture of beef in it and then add dressing ingredients like tomatoes and spinach. When it gets ready serve it with deli toast.
