Vanilla cream recipe details
Ingredients
115 g | cream cheese |
1 tbsp | vanilla extract, or more |
3 medium | eggs, whites only |
130 g | granulated sugar |
Instructions
Combine cheese and vanilla in a bowl and mix until evenly combined; reserve.Simmer 2 cm of water in a medium pot. Place a bowl over simmering water and transfer sugar and egg white mixture into the pot. Whisk egg mixture continuously until it reaches 110°F, about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Transfer mixture into another bowl and beat with an electric mixer until doubled in volume, about 5-7 minutes. Add cheese mixture and beat just until smooth.
Cover mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
