For smoky flavor, this grilled pork tenderloin can’t be beat. Seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and cayenne.

Ingredients
Makes: 4- 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat grill to medium heat, setting it up for indirect heat with a drip pan.
2. Brush pork tenderloin with olive oil, then season with pepper, paprika, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, cinnamon, and cayenne.
3. Place pork tenderloin on the grill over the drip pan and close lid. Cook for 25 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, turning a few times. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes.
4. Slice and serve.
