Ingredients:
12 Granny Smith apples
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
1 Tablespoon flour
Instructions:

Layer 1/3 of the apples, 1/3 of the sugar, 1/3 of the brown sugar, and 1/3 of the cinnamon. Take the butter and slice thin pieces (about 6 thin slices); scattered evenly around the dish. Take the flour and sprinkle between each layer (don’t put final layer of flour on top, use in the middle layers). Repeat, until all of your ingredients are gone. Bake at 350 degrees in a glass casserole dish for 60 minutes or until apples are soft.
