1 l | milk |
400 ml | condensed milk |
30 | almonds, ground |
1 ½ tsp | cardamom powder |
1 tsp | sunflower seeds, ground |
crushed ice |
Instructions
Grind the almonds and sunflower seeds and then combine with cardamom powder into a fine paste in a blender. Add milk, condensed milk and crushed ice to the paste and blend well. Strain through a fine sieve and serve.Preparation time:
