Ingredients
900 g | flour |
3 tsp | baking powder |
5 tsp | salt |
180 g | butter |
500 g | sugar |
4 | eggs |
300 ml | milk |
2 tsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Into a big bowl sieve the flour and mix with baking powder and salt.In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter until fluffy, add the vanilla extract and then whisk in the eggs, one after the other. Add in turn the flour mixture and the milk and stir until just combined.
Fill greased cupcake pans up to 2/3 with the batter. Bake at 200°C for 15 to 18 minutes.
