Worcestershire sauce |

Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter with the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.Add meat to the pan and cook, uncovered, until browned on both sides but still pink in center when slashed, about 5 minutes.
Transfer meat to a carving board and cover loosely to keep warm.
Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons butter in pan drippings and mix in wine, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and capers; stir to blend.
To serve, cut meat across the grain into thin slices and spoon sauce over meat.
