Ingredients
300 g | spinach, cooked, drained, chopped |
150 g | bread crumbs |
180 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 pinch(es) | nutmeg, ground |
6 large | eggs, beaten |
70 g | butter, melted |
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.With your hands form golf sized balls. Place spinach balls on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with a honey mustard dip.
