Ingredients:
10 pounds shoulder roast (clog)
2 Tablespoons paprika
1/8 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup monosodium glutamate
3 Tablespoons salt
2 Tablespoons dry mustard
1/4 cup onion powder
1/2 Tablespoon oregano
1-1/4 Tablespoon black pepper
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together except the meat. Then rub into the meat. Line a cookie sheet with foil, folding up edges. Bake at 175 degrees. (Medium: 18 hours or Done: 19 hours) Let set for one hour before slicing.
