Roast Potatoes recipe

|6 large||potatoes, peeled, quartered|
|8 tbsp||vegetable oil|
Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220°C. Pour the oil in a large roasting tin and place in the oven to let it heat up.
Drain the potatoes thoroughly and place them in the roasting tin. Toss them quickly in the oil then cook at the top of the oven for 50-60 minutes, turning after 30 minutes.
To serve, sprinkle with salt.
