Pumpkin scones recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | pumpkin purée |
1 medium | egg |
2 | egg yolks |
1 | vanilla pod, seeds only |
50 g | self raising flour |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
50 ml | condensed milk |
200 g | yoghurt |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.Combine pumpkin puree, egg, egg yolks, vanilla, flour, cinnamon and condensed milk in a blender and mix well.
Put spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Flatten the scones by lightly pressing down with a spoon. Bake the scones for 10-14 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
To serve:
Place the pumpkin scones on a plate and serve them with yoghurt as desired.
