Ingredients

6 medium	unpeeled potatoes
200 g	quark
100 g	cottage cheese
1 small	onion
	fresh or dried herbs, e.g. parsley, chives, cress
	salt and pepper

Instructions

Boil the potatoes with their skin.

Chop the onion. Mix the quark and the Cottage cheese, add the herbs and the onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the peeled potatoes with the herbed quark.
